- Research and price items (often includes cleaning).
- Photograph the sale and many individual items for advertising.
- Advertise the sale through estatesales.net, Cleveland.com, Sun papers, Craigslist, emails and signage.
- Settlement of net proceeds are paid within 2 days after the sale.
- Cleanout services are available after the sale and are quoted at that time.
